Job Title: Leisure Sales Development Manager

Location: Banbridge with Travel

Salary and Benefits: £30k - £40k with car allowance and bonus

Hours of work: 39 hours per week- Mon to Friday with weekend work to attend travel trade events and functions.

The Right Client- One of the largest indoor attractions in Ireland, inviting visitors to go behind the scenes to learn about one of the most successful TV series in History. They are looking to expand their market and seeking a Leisure SalesDevelopment Manager to drive the Business forward.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, this is a vital role within the team to drive sales, provide operational and administrative support for the B2B travel trade partners and clients globally and this will involve frequent travel nationally and internationally.

The Right role:

• Develop and establish sound, effective and professional relationships with all current and prospective trade clients to drive ticket sales and experiences.
• Responsible to generate leads and convert sales.
• Day to day key account management of our partnerships.
• Deliver service excellence across all touchpoints.
• Effective administration management.
• Responsible for achieving agreed KPIs.

The Right Fit:

• Minimum two years’ experience in a sales role within the hospitality sector, ideally within a visitor attraction, hotel or venue environment.
• Proven track record of delivering sales, achieving targets and maintaining sales growth.
• Ability to generate new leads and build strong relationships with new and existing trade clients.
• Experience in negotiation and agreeing contracts.
