Lettings Accounts Administrator
Permanent, Full Time
Based in Coventry
Hours - 9:00am - 5:30pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Lettings Accounts Administrator, working within a busy estate agents in Coventry.
Key responsibilities:
- Process invoices and payments
- Bank reconciliation
- Receipting rent payments
- Producing accurate landlord statements
- Chasing debtors
- Processing and arranging deposit returns
Knowledge/Skills required:
- Must have experience in an accounts role
- Previous administration experience
This is a great role for candidates with previous experience working in accounts who are looking for something a little different. This is a very customer facing role so you need to excellent with people and have an ability to build relationships quickly.
