SalaryProduction Administrator required for a well-established and growing electronics manufacturer based in the Highgate, Birmingham area. The successful candidate will be supporting the production team with administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced and varied role.
Production Administrator Position Overview- Raising purchase orders for electrical components, fasteners and shopfloor consumables
- Chasing suppliers for outstanding purchase orders
- Reviewing outstanding sales orders for weekly production meetings
- Carrying out stock checks and management
- Carrying out internal audits and general office administration
- Printing paperwork and labels in preparation for product despatch
- Previous experience within a Production Administrator role is similar
- Experience within the electronics manufacturing industry is advantageous
- Based in a commutable distance of Highgate, Birmingham
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook is essential
- Previous experience working with MRP / ERP systems is desirable but not essential
- Starting salary £24,000
- Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 16:00. Friday 07:30 - 13:30. 38-hour week, permanent position.
- 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays
