Lettings Accounts Administrator Duties:
- Processing invoices and payments.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Receipting rent payments.
- Producing landlord statement
- Chasing debtors.
- Processing and arranging deposit returns.
- Using ALTO and Xero systems
Lettings Accounts Administrator Experience needed
- Experience in a similar administrative role
- Accounts experience is essential
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Team player & articulate
- Quick thinker & customer focussed

- Proactive & enthusiastic
