We are looking for a Lettings Administrator to join our client based in Harrogate on a full time basis, to start in the New Year.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to -
- First point of contact for customers
- Producing property marketing particulars
- Listing properties online and managing other marketing avenues
- Liaising with third party providers to arrange tenant referencing
- Dealing with daily enquiries from tenants, landlords and third parties
- Liaising with contractors to arrange maintenance work
- Producing tenancy agreements and associated documentation
- Providing property management advice to existing and potential customers
Required skills -
- A versatile, experienced Administrator/Negotiator to work in a fast paced and busy role
- Be able to work quickly and accurately under pressure whilst maintaining excellent customer service
- A strong work ethic and ability to work positively and proactively without supervision
- Accurate computer skills and experience working with specialised software
- Highly organised with the ability to handle a number of different matters at one time and carry out tasks successfully
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with an excellent telephone manner
- A team player, happy to help with all aspects of the business as and when required
Hours of work 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday. (1 Saturday in every 3 from 9.30am-12, once fully trained, which is paid as additional salary)

Salary 21,000 to 23,000 per anumn.
