Main Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the lettings department, ensuring compliance
- Business generation and conducting market appraisals to gain completed client instructions
- Carry out viewings, negotiating lets and dealing with applications
- Preparing move ins
- Property inspections and dealing with any maintenance issues
- Networking with local landlords
- Gaining brand awareness of the new lettings division in the business
- Building reputation to become the go to agent for lettings in the area
- Negotiating on lets
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service.
- Keeping on top of legislative changes and ensuring the business is compliant and on top of all requirements
Key Skills
- Lettings experience essential
- A good understanding of Lettings legislation
- Have a proven track record with knowledge and experience of developing an established brand throughout a local market.
- Be energetic, driven and determined.
