Lettings Manager

Hariley Solutions our currently seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Harborne. If you have a proven track record in Lettings Management and are looking for a new opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment, this role could be the perfect fit for you!

Main Duties

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the lettings department, ensuring compliance
• Business generation and conducting market appraisals to gain completed client instructions
• Carry out viewings, negotiating lets and dealing with applications
• Preparing move ins
• Property inspections and dealing with any maintenance issues
• Networking with local landlords
• Gaining brand awareness of the new lettings division in the business
• Building reputation to become the go to agent for lettings in the area
• Negotiating on lets
• Providing an exceptional level of customer service.
• Keeping on top of legislative changes and ensuring the business is compliant and on top of all requirements

Key Skills

• Lettings experience essential
• A good understanding of Lettings legislation
• Have a proven track record with knowledge and experience of developing an established brand throughout a local market.
• Be energetic, driven and determined.
