What we need is a driven, energetic and a motivational individual with a track record of success in estate agency sales or listing and capable of fronting a business, building and training their team and creating a high volume, fast paced environment.

Lettings Manager/Valuer/Lister
Location - Birmingham
Salary - 50,000 - 60,000 OTE
Key responsibilities/skills include:
- Lead from the front.
- Build market share.
- Run a centre of excellence developing the next generation of managers.
- Confident and comfortable in managing a volume lettings operation
- Passionate about every opportunity.
- Work at pace without distractions.
- Be able to meet set personal targets whilst encouraging and managing the team to meet the business targets.
