Lettings Manager

Dove & Hawk have partnered with an independent estate agency, based in Wimbledon, who are on the hunt for a Lettings Manager.
The successful candidate must be highly motivated with a proven track record at a senior level, dynamic, organised, good people skills, articulate, ambitious, and focused on driving growth in the Letting industry and having entrepreneurial flair.
Duties/Functions of the role:

• Winning new business and maintaining existing business opportunities.
• To have in-depth knowledge on business processes, in order for the maximise business growth.
• Maintaining strong relationships with current Landlords, as well as prospect Landlords.
• Delivering high levels of customer service both internally and externally.
• Motivating the team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Measuring and evaluating performance of the office.

Required:

• Managerial experience.
• In depth knowledge of Wimbledon, with strong relationships with local Landlords.
• Knowledge on business processes.
• Proven history of producing results.
• At least 5 years' experience of London Lettings / Wimbledon Lettings.
• A full, clean, and valid Driving Licence.
• Strong valuation skills with a high valuation to instruction ratio.
• A managerial style that offers encouragement and coaching to team members.

Salary Budgets: £40k Basic / £60-£70k OTE
Working Hours: 10:00-18:00 Mon-Fri / Saturday when necessary.
