Location: Dudley, West Midlands - this role is mostly office based with some field aspect.
Pay: Competitive depending on experience.

Duties:
* Lead and supervise a team of service technicians with expertise in lift maintenance.
* Ensure efficient resolution of service requests and uphold service quality standards.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, drawing upon your industry knowledge to provide effective solutions.
* Maintain meticulous records of service activities, adhering to industry regulations and standards.
* Analyse service performance metrics and implement strategies to optimise departmental efficiency.
* Collaborate closely with other departments to streamline service operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Provide mentorship and training to team members, fostering their professional development within the lift industry.
* Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
Experience:
* Previous experience in a leadership role within the lift industry, such as Service Manager, Senior Lift Engineer, or Supervisor.
* In-depth knowledge of lift maintenance procedures and regulations.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in managing customer relationships and resolving service-related issues.
* Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve collective goals.
