The Opportunity:
- To head up and lead a sub team within Property Litigation
- Commercial and residential client base
- Inherit a busy caseload of repeat clients
- Continue to build a team around yourself, remaining within the wider litigation team
Advise on:
- Contentious Commercial Property issues
- Disputes regarding easements, covenants, the construction of property contracts, overage, wayleaves
- Landlord and tenant matters including disputed break notices, forfeiture, business lease renewals, enforcement of lease covenants, dilapidations and the impact of insolvency procedures
- Nuisance, adverse possession, boundaries, misrepresentation claims and property related professional negligence
- Potentially additional disputes relating to construction and contentious probate if you enjoy this
You will need:
- To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
- At least 5 years’ PQE+
- Litigation experience – Ideally property litigation experience
