About the role

We are looking to recruit two Live in Care professionals to work on a two week on, two week off rota.

Following a person-centred care plan, you will tailor your support to meet our clients’ needs.

Your role will include:

• You’ll be matched with our client based on your skills and you client’s needs, providing tailored support and companionship
• Following our client’s individual care plan, you will generally provide a daily average of 10 hours care provision to your client
• Moving and handling
• Personal care
• Medication support
• Food and nutrition support
• Cooking, cleaning and ensuring the smooth running of the client’s home

Benefits include:

• Competitive rates of £125 per day (up to £23k per year based on a 2 week on, 2 week off rota).

Qualifications

We will provide comprehensive training and on-going support.

We’re looking for:

• Professional experience with complex care needs
• Professional care experience gained in ANY care setting, such as live-in Carer, domiciliary carer, Care Assistant, support worker, healthCare Assistant or similar.
• You must be able to provide us with proof of your right to work in the UK.
• A driver’s licence and a car is an advantage but not a requirement.

You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.
