Live In Duty Manager

At The Martins Arms we recognise a good Manager is key to our success. We are looking for a passionate and hard-working Manager to join a friendly team. We want a hospitality and service loving individual with a passion for people, food, and drink. You must have a good food background, and a flair for service. The role will require someone with energy to manage all parts of an award-winning pub with a restaurant and four-bedrooms. Skills and Experience required. • Previous experience in asimilar role is essential. • Full understanding of structure, processes, and procedures • Understanding of financials – e.g. payroll costs • People’s person with big energy • Being a champion of top customer service Key Attributes: • Honesty • People Development • Standard Focused Driven This opportunity comes with the added benefit of Live in accommodation comprising of a double bedroom and living room.
