SalaryThi is a full time office job in Chiswick Park area, Mon-Friday from 6AM to 3PM.
As a Load Planner you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of vehicles and people required for the delivery. As well as communicating with the Load Planning team to assess the processes and policies are correctly in place.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has a strong foundation in a warehouse environment with experience in managing a fleet of vehicles, liaising with drivers and planning the best route.
Responsibilities
As a Load Planner, you will…
- Ensure that all the relevant information is obtained to minimise the risk of issues.
- Assisting with the driver's infringements and one to one, capturing this on the FTA Vision portal allowing good visibility for Audits.
- Guarantee OTIF delivery and guarantee the right route for the vehicles.
Requirements
A successful candidate must have…
- Permanent right to work in the UK
- 2+ years' experience in transport/load planning or similar roles
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment (FMCG preferred)
- Strong Excel skills and exposure to ERP systems
