Working within a very friendly team, your duties as Logistics Administrator / Coordinator will include:
- Calling suppliers within a specified time frame and ensuring ordered goods are still running on time
- Calling shipping companies to ensure collections and deliveries are scheduled/re-scheduled if the supplier is not running on time
- Booking in of delivered goods
- Handling / sorting relevant documentation
- Uploading documents to customer portal
- Any other duties as required
You will have:
- Previous administration experience
- Good computer skills
- Confident communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-moving environment
In addition, you will be a positive and enthusiastic team player with a “can do” attitude.
