2BM Recruitment Ltd are working in partnership with a Worldwide Engineering Manufacture, to recruit a Logistics Coordinator for their Stockport site on a permanent fulltime basis. The organisation is looking for a dynamic and experience Logistics Co Ordinator to join their Import / Export team to ensure seamless delivery of products to customers on a global scale.
- Starting Salary up to circa £29k (Depending on experience & skills)
- 39 hours per week, working Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm & Fridays 8am to 3.30pm

Logistics Co OrdinatorKey Responsibilities:
- Transport Co Ordination: Arrange transport for export customers to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Customer Communication: Advise customers of shipping details, liaising with freight forwarders to arrange cost effective shipments.
- Document Management: Expedite and file all related documentation ensuring compliance with customers and HMRC requirements.
- Import and Internal collaboration: Coordinate Import from supply chain to ensure compliance with entries. Liaising with various departments such as despatch, production and procurement to ensure customer orders are on time and meeting expectations.
We’re extremely keen to talk to candidates with previous experience of working as a Logistics Co Ordinator or experienced in Import & Export / Freight Forwarding and Transport backgrounds with the following:
- Knowledge of export procedures and documentation.
- Excellent customer service and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- IT skills including Microsoft Office packages.
