As a Logistics Co-ordinator you will work within the Repairs and Planned Works team to ensure timely delivery of work from our trades team to our customers out in the community.
Based at The Depot on Swindon Road this is a busy role in a reactive world of Repairs and Maintenance where your efficient planning and ability to work with changing priorities will ensure the speedy of repairs with an emphasis on delivery of compliance works for electrical testing.
This is your opportunity to join a fantastic team in a fast-paced environment working with circa 40 trades operatives and a twenty strong office side operation.
You will be able to balance many tasks, eager to learn with experience of planning and administration. A positive ‘can do’ attitude will take you far!
Essential:
Ability to manage high workloads
Experience of works scheduling using planning tools (Project Planner/DRS)
Experience of working in a Repair and Maintenance environment
Experience of working within compliance and safety
Desirable:
Experience directing and working with trade staff.
Knowledge of Housing Management Systems and processes
