We are looking for someone who is passionate about KILLSTAR and is ready to grow in a collaborative team environment. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering our supply chain strategy, creating and identifying new opportunities for operational improvements, driving sustainability initiatives and working alongside a management team of passionate professionals. Based in our Brighton HQ, you will work alongside our Product, Customer Experience and Operations Team to deliver a best in class operation, delivering cost savings via P&L and improving our end to end customer experience. What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee the overall process and procedures within the logistics and warehouse functions, identifying areas of improvement with the objective of improving cost, service, and flexibility of the business, whilst creating and cultivating a continuous improvement culture mindset across all distribution centres [UK, EU and US].
  • Maintain a strong focus on both costs and quality reviewing productivities, accuracy levels and SLA’s.
  • Present project proposals, progress reports and best practices communicating to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain, track and improve metrics via data analysis, using internal and external reporting data.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with existing and new suppliers, identifying opportunities for improvement whilst maintaining strong working relationships and partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate commercial invoices and packing lists where required.
  • Manage and effectively communicate any shipping issues to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Explore efficiencies with freight forwarders, continually review our current partners and new areas of opportunity to ensure we are working with the correct provider.
  • Manage and keep up to date shipment tracking information and efficiently communicate regular updates to the wider business.
  • Review and present insights on cost analysis per country per product category taking into consideration tariff benefits of different manufacturing countries.
  • Keep up to date on trade changes, potential risks and benefits and preferential rates agreed between countries and feedback to the product team.
  • Oversee goods consolidation arrangement between global suppliers and forwarders.
  • Continually search for any cost savings activities within the logistic area (i.e.Pre book FCL, Maximising loads in container, NET payment terms with provider, etc).
  • Work closely with the product team to support the company sourcing strategy and provide appropriate logistic options.
  • Participate in Weekly Trade Meetings to communicate updates and potential opportunities with the senior leadership team.
  • Analyse current lead times and find room for improvement/reduction of shipping lead time using the appropriate ship mode/provider.
  • Conduct continuous research on logistic platforms that can be incorporated into the business in the future to deliver a total transparency in the movement of goods.

Your Experience Includes:


  • Collaborating with large teams in and at a senior level.
  • Managing operational P&Ls successfully, understanding risks and opportunities and building financial budgets with a proven track record of successfully executing.
  • Working within and with supply chain partners and automation with a record in improving customer journey, quality and delivering cost saving initiatives
  • Enhancing performance levels and KPI’s through end-to-end supply chain management.
  • Experience in identifying and improving warehouse processes (via multitude of lean tools, removing waste & Nonvalue added processes, managing third parties through change management).
  • Development & delivery of short, medium, long-term plans to support business growth.
  • Presenting data, articulating the subject clearly and concisely.
  • Capability planning of managing labour spend vs volume throughput to highlight risks & opportunities.
  • Developing warehouse operations, reacting to customer demands, changing landscapes, and evolving ways of working over several years of business growth.
  • Collaborating with Tech & Warehouse teams and WMS systems to support improvements in fulfilment centres.


Bonus If You:


  • Have experience of using Shopify, Flexport or Warehouse Management Systems such as SKUVault, Peoplevox etc.
  • Have experience working within a Fashion DTC environment or with suppliers.
  • Have advanced skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel.
  • Have experience in working in the far east region
  • Have fluency in German, Mandarin, Vietnamese.


Work Location and Hours:


This role will be based at our Brighton HQ, United Kingdom. This role will be performed on a hybrid working arrangement, consisting of a minimum of 3 Days per week in the office, and 2 Days working from home.

This role is a full-time position of 37.5 hours, with hours worked between 08:00am – 06:00pm, Monday through to Friday.
