Westwood Primary School are looking for someone to join their experienced leadership team. The successful candidate will be an outstanding teaching who is passionate about all aspects of teaching and learning and will work alongside the senior leadership team to raise standards and drive improvement within their Key Stage.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who may want to take their first step into leadership or is already an experienced leader to work alongside passionate, dedicated and experienced leaders in a school that had its most recent Ofsted in December 2023 and was again graded as good.

About you
You will need to:
- Have leadership ambition and skills
- Be a highly driven, dedicated, reflective and skillful practitioner
- Be passionate about providing exciting and memorable experiences for all our children
- Have a proven track record as a dynamic good or outstanding teacher
- Show a clear understanding of teaching and learning in Lower Key Stage 2
- Have experience in leading a subject – subject leadership will be discussed at interview
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to successfully lead others
- Have first class communication skills and be able to inspire and motivate children and staff to achieve their full potential
- Have the necessary interpersonal and organisational skills to lead by example
- Show a passion for children and a commitment to developing a creative, purposeful and practical curriculum
