Year Leader
PO1 (SCP 27–30) Actual salary £33,565 to £36,350, 37 hours per week, term time only + 20 days
We are looking to appoint an inspirational, enthusiastic and dynamic professional as a Year Leader to provide support and challenge for the pastoral and academic progress of a year group, working alongside an Assistant Year Leader.
This is an exciting and challenging role and the successful applicant will have strong practical skills, patience, a sense of humour and excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
The school has a very good reputation for its pastoral provision and for being inclusive.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to develop their expertise in pastoral and academic provision through shared responsibility of a year group; in addition there will be the opportunity to develop key aspects of the role through innovation and creative approaches to learning, achievement and progress. You will be able to demonstrate impact on outcomes for pupils in both academic and pastoral teams.
