JOB OVERVIEW:An exciting opportunity to join our friendly team working in a primary school setting as a Lunchtime supervisor on 2 days a week (Wednesday and Thursday), one hour each day, plus the possibility of supply cover as necessary.JOB EXPECTATIONS:
Working with Primary-age children in our lunch hall
Setting-up and clearing tables, wiping surfaces and clearing spillages as necessary
Supervision and direction of children at lunchtime
Assisting with the salad bar
Supporting other lunch staff
Working closely with our kitchen team to ensure a timely, efficient and safe lunch service
Maintaining a safe and positive environment
Upholding the schools safeguarding and child protection procedures
WHAT WE OFFER:
Term-time employment (11:45am to 12:45am, on two days each week, Wednesday and Thursday, plus possible bank/supply hours)
We are happy to consider people who are only able to commit to a few days per week
If you are able to also support as a cover lunch supervisor (ad-hoc days) then you will be called on as and when needed but are under no obligation to work if you are unable to do so on the day in question
