We are seeking to appoint friendly, calm and enthusiastic lunchtime supervisors to join our wonderful lunch team. If you are interested, please submit your application as early as you can as we will be shortlisting and interviewing in order to fill the vacancies as soon as possible.

We are looking for a candidate who:
- Is committed to the ‘children first’ outlook that underpins everything we do at St Alban’s
- Enjoys working with children, is keen and able to actively engage with them to promote positive play
- Is kind, patient, calm and a good listener
- Will support the Christian ethos of the school and demonstrate conduct in keeping with this
- Can communicate effectively with children and colleagues
- Is reliable, flexible, punctual and able to work as part of a team
Your main duties will include:
- Helping to organise and supervise children in the hall, classrooms and outside areas, encouraging good manners and supporting healthy eating
- Supervising, leading and supporting play activities
- Managing pupil behaviour at lunchtimes
- Helping individuals to make good behaviour choices at lunchtime
- Dealing with minor first aid needs
- Assisting with associated duties (e.g. cleaning up spillages, ensuring pupil hygiene)
Training and induction will be provided for the successful applicant.
