We wish to appoint additional friendly and caring Lunchtime Supervisory Assistants, who enjoy working with children, to join our dedicated team. The successful candidates will need to be confident when dealing with pupils, a good communicator and a team player. You will work in partnership with the Senior Lunchtime Supervisor and staff to ensure that the lunch hour operates in accordance with school policies and procedures.
The role involves a variety of responsibilities, which will include:
• Playground/field supervision, dining hall duties and wet break supervision in class
- Helping children by encouraging good manners and supporting healthy eating
• Ensuring school policies are followed
• Ensuring confidentiality of dealings in school
This is an ideal opportunity to obtain experience of working with children and a number of our lunchtime supervisors progress to gain positions as Learning Support Assistants within our schools.
Please note: these positions are Fixed Term, to start as soon as possible until the end of the school year (31.08.24), with a possibility of being made permanent.
