Form of workOn behalf of a manufacturing client in Basingstoke, M4 Recruitment are seeking Machine Operatives for an immediate start in a permanent position.
As a Machine Operative, your main duties are:
- Operating a pick and place machine
- Placing electronic components onto a PCB board and solder through-holes as and when required
- Daily checks to make sure the machines are in correct working order
The client is offering:
- Full training, however experience is necessary
- Parking on site
- 20 days of annual leave
- Pension and healthcare
Skills needed for the Machine Operative role:
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues
- Experience using pick and place machines or in PCB assembly
Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00
Pay rate: £22,000 - £25,000
