Are you a Maintenance Co-Ordinator or similar with a background in property looking for an opportunity within a growing company, that are looking to bring in some new talented individuals in a role that can offer you opportunities to gain additional responsibilities as you develop and progress through the ranks?

This property management company are a long standing family ran business that are in a period of growth and are looking to grow their team as they have a number of lucrative contracts ion the horizon that will expand the business further. They currently look after over 50 properties in the London area from Commercial blocks to domestic flat buildings, they also carry out asset management functions as part of their key business practices.
In this role you will be taking responsibility for the general administration and coordination of maintenance within properties owned by the company, you will be taking calls from tenants and either passing on issues reported to the property manager who you will be reporting too or taking care of lower level faults and scheduling the contractors to go and fix the maintenance fault. You will also be responsible for receiving and uploading maintenance reports on to the CUBE internal system so that they are recorded and accessible when necessary.
This role will be suited to a Maintenance Co-Ordinator or similar with a background in property looking to find a role where you can grow and develop, taking on more responsibility as you do so, this company are looking for individuals committed to developing a lasting career.
The Role:
