High Speed FMCG Factory (State of the Art)

Salary: £48,000

Day Shift M-F (No Weekends)

Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire

I am recruiting for the position of Maintenance Engineer role for a prominent food manufacturer. The ideal candidate will have a versatile skill, particularly with an electrical background. You will play a key part within the engineering team and be a valued asset within the business. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for their shift engineers, playing a crucial part in maintaining their leading global status in the food industry. With multiple sites across the UK, this company offers up-to-date, well-maintained machinery, and facilities, providing an exciting and invigorating work environment for a Maintenance Engineer. Skills required for Maintenance Engineer:

Planned preventative maintenance.

Providing efficient response to breakdowns in order to maintain optimum efficiency.

Actively seek improvement opportunities and implement those where possible to further develop the efficient and productivity of the business.

Fault finding on PLC's.

Have strong mechanical skills with a good working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC's.

Record all maintenance work using their computerised maintenance system so strong computer skills are a must.
