Maintenance Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a globally recognised manufacturer in the recruitment of a Maintenance Manager.
Our client is a global leader in the manufacture and supply of metal products. With manufacturing facilities in Europe, Asia and USA they are well positioned to supply throughout the world.
This Maintenance Manager will be accountable for the installation, operation and maintenance of the automated manufacturing equipment.
Duties & Responsibilities for this Maintenance Manager will include but are not limited to:
Develops, deploys, resources and governs critical maintenance processes to support the operation
Creates and participates in the daily, weekly and monthly governance reviews to control, resolve problems and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure Environment, Health and Safety processes and procedures are adhered to and ensures machinery is fit for purpose.
Controls all maintenance spend to budgeted levels and generates cost reduction and productivity actions / projects to improve the future profitability of the business.
Develops and implements a risk management and business continuity plan for all critical pieces of equipment, ensuring adequate back-up and contingency actions in cases of equipment failure or data loss to maintain and/or recover production targets.
Elevation is keen to speak to candidates with the following skills and experience:
You will be HNC level or above in either Engineering or Manufacturing.
Proven experience in a Maintenance Manager role with manufacturing experience and a clear focus on continuous improvement
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and experience implementing CI Methodologies (Kaizen, Six Sigma).
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence teams.
