A day in the life of…
As Maintenance Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering a great guest experience by working on your own initiative to ensure that the hotel is always operating at the highest standards. You will manage all proactive and reactive maintenance, external contractors, and hotels teams in line with the departmental budget. You will support HOD’s to ensure all teams are correctly trained in the use of equipment and health safety standards within the hotel.
Based in the Hampton by Hilton Birmingham you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.
What do we need from you?
- You will Ideally hold a recognised engineering qualification in electrical, mechanical, or building services engineering, or be NEBOSH qualified.
- Length of industry experience will also be taken into consideration when applying for this role.
- You will need technical ability to advise and support Plant and ME projects.
