Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 (office-based)

Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly profit and loss statements
- Analyse data, including production variances, budget and forecast comparisons, gross profit, and overhead costs
- Assist in month-end closure activities
- Conduct monthly work-in-progress (WIP) analysis and reconciliation
- Review in-transit orders
- Ensure adherence to established finance processes
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting exercises
- Conduct bank, invoice, and ledger reconciliations
- Assist in budget preparation
- Generate management reports, both standard and ad hoc
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs), forecasts, and budgeting metrics
Required Skills/Experience:
- Previous experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Background in a similar role or a recent graduate would be considered
- Part qualified
- Proficiency in SAGE 100
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in Excel
