- The production of management accounts
- Business partner across all levels including senior board members, operations and non-finance
- Provide monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including fixed assets, accruals and prepayments
- Assisting with the wider finance team with statutory accounts and year end audits
- Supporting the Head of Finance with preparation of board reports, annual budgets and regular forecasts for the group
- Prepare monthly VAT, balance sheet reconciliation and cashflow forecasting
- Line management to junior members of the finance team.
- Qualified or working towards ICAEW/ ACCA/ CIMA
- This is a hybrid role - you must be happy to commute to their head office in Cambridge 3 days per week.
- Team Player who is confident communicating across all business levels
- Strong IT skills including Excel and Microsoft Office
