Salary Axon Moore is thrilled to be searching for an experienced Management Accountant to join a leading Sheffield company with a global presence. With a T/O of circa £80 million this company has continued growth plans. An opportunity to join a dynamic team with modern workspaces and hybrid working arrangements.
If you a qualified, part qualified or finalist ACA, ACCA, CIMA finance professional and are looking to play a pivotal role in this growing companies finance department and provide a strong financial insight to the wider business, then I would like to hear from you.
Applicants with a tech or service background would be particularly well suited to this position.
The Role:
- Take ownership of financial reporting and management accounts.
- Balance sheet reconciliation.
- Budgeting & Forecasting.
- Variance Analysis.
- Provide sound financial insight to the business.
- Provide assistance in the year end audit process.
The Responsibilities:
- Communicate and work efficiently with the wider business for finance related queries.
- To provide useful financial insight.
- Deliver financial information to key stakeholders.
- Provide support in the year end process and communicate with external auditors.
- Provide accurate financial reporting across the group and ensure accounting records are accurate.
The Requirements:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified or nearly qualified.
- Demonstrate an understanding of IFRS.
- Ability to work to deadlines efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen.
