Are you an experienced and qualified Management Accountant looking for a new challenge? Your new role
As a Management Accountant, you will be helping to deliver high-quality financial reporting and analysis across the organisation. You will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis, as well as providing commentary and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. You will also be involved in developing and improving financial processes, systems, and controls, as well as supporting ad hoc projects and initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
- A recognised accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in management accounting, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information
