Details:
• Bury St Edmunds/Ipswich
• Hybrid working
• Up to £20 per hour
• Temporary contract (3 months), could be extended
• Monday -Friday, 37.5 hours per week
• Free parking
Duties:
• Responsible for the production of timely and accurate monthly Management Reports and Accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Includes processing of journals, adjustments etc.
• Review of monthly accounts with operational teams, understand variances & provide insights into any queries.
• Preparation of accounts for 4 entities, ensuring all month end reconciliation are completed with no variances.
• Reporting into Magnitude at month end (group consolidation system)
• Preparation of cash flow & debt reporting for the 4 entities.
• Review of monthly payroll journals, prepayment, depreciation, and intercompany reconciliations which is completed by 2 other members in the team.
