The ONE Group are excited to be partnering with a global business based on the outskirts of Stamford, who are embarking on a huge growth plan. Due to expansion, they are looking to appoint an ambitious Management Accountant into the team.
Reporting into the FC, you will play a key role in the timely production of monthly reports whilst providing support to the accounts team.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Produce financial statements
- Lead the month end and year end.
- Processing journals, accrual and prepayments.
- Reconcile balance sheets & profit and loss
- Meeting with senior leadership teams to present and review financial results
- Supporting with annual budgets and producing forecasts
- Analysis of reporting on labour and costs
- Support with annual audits
- Supervise the accounts team of 3, reviewing their work and making sure KIPs are achieved.
So what does the ideal candidate look like? You will need to be actively studying towards your CIMA or ACCA, or will at least be well underway with your professional studies.
The role is office based 5 days a week and working hours are 8:30-5pm, you will be offered study support to complete the remainder of your qualification, along with huge potential to develop and grow with the business.
