An esteemed organisation is looking for a Management Accountant, where you'll be an integral part of their dedicated Finance Team. We're seeking a dynamic individual to provide effective leadership, support, and guidance to our finance staff, ensuring the achievement of team objectives and fostering personal development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Responsibilities:

• Report on financial performance, ensuring timely and accurate management information.
• Analyse balance sheets, reconciling control accounts promptly.
• Ensure completion of statutory returns and contribute to budget preparation.
• Supervise transactional processing, including accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Provide financial management advice and training to budget holders.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

• Provide leadership and guidance to finance staff, conducting performance appraisals and identifying training needs.
• Conduct monthly team briefings to ensure awareness of company-wide issues.
• Maintain high levels of attendance, motivation, and discipline.

Person Specification:

• AAT qualified or equivalent, CCAB membership desirable.
• Evidence of continuous personal development.
• Extensive experience in a senior financial role, including management experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and lead teams through change.
• Physical ability to carry out mainly office-based tasks.
