Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed management accounts and insightful cash flow forecasts
- Oversee treasury functions and assist with year-end reporting
- Conduct meticulous reconciliations and valuations of stock
- Manage VAT compliance and contribute to budgeting processes
- Drive enhancements in processes and controls to optimize efficiency
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar management accounting role
- Strong background in accounting, preferably within manufacturing or related sectors
- Proficiency in compiling comprehensive management accounts and cash flow forecasts
- Familiarity with year-end procedures and interaction with HMRC
- Analytical mindset with effective communication skills
