Working as a Management Accountant, you will be working within a small team playing a crucial role in the financial management of the business. You will have excellent settlement skills, experience using large ERP systems and payroll software and the ability to work closely with the financial accountant. Based in Gloucester working Monday – Friday 08.00am – 17.00pm with a salary of up to £40,000 this is a fantastic opportunity.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preparing income statements, balance sheets and other financial documents.
- Measuring the company’s financial performance based on financial records.
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations on all statutory accounts for PAYE/Net wages.
- Monthly warehouse payroll reporting across 3 sites.
- Business partnering between finance and operations including senior management.
- Petty cash processing.
- Aged payables management reporting.
Skills and Attributes:
- AAT qualified (CIMA/ ACCA qualified beneficial but not essential).
- Excel knowledge.
- Analytical.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with spreadsheet and accounting software programs.
