Management Accountant

The Role:
This is a senior position within the company where you will work closely with the Head of Finance helping them ensure planning and financial stability for the business by preparing and supplying accurate and timely management information on a monthly and Ad Hoc basis. 2 other people within the accounts function assist with daily transactions, ledgers, invoicing, and credit control so your position will focus on:-

• Completion of month end and preparation of accounts
• Analysis of monthly overheads, question any variance
• Generate weekly cash flow forecast
• Monthly P L
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and business plans
• Liaise with external accountants concerning tax planning
• Administer any payroll changes

What were looking for:
We need an excellent financial background in Management Accounting. As this is a key position it goes without saying that you must be excellent at creating and growing relationships and communicating clearly. We need good knowledge of Sage as well as the usual MS Office packages and the ability to work well within the wider accounting function.
