SalaryManagement Accountant
Looking for a hybrid role where you can be based from home 3 days per week? This Management Accountant vacancy is suited to candidates who have strong analytical skills with a passion for data alongside experience of working as part of a winder financial team. You will be CIMA or ACCA qualified with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. The vacancy has become available due to a member of staff leaving to go travelling in February meaning we will move quickly to interview stage for the right candidate.
Start: January 2024
Location: Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire (Hybrid working)
Salary: up to £45,000 dependant on Experience
Hours: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week
Duration: Permanent

Duties:
- Produce monthly management accounts.
- Supporting annual budget and regular forecasting
- Provide variance analysis across all management accounts
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to operations teams
- WIP / contract analysis and follow up
- Provide clean and accurate and timely balance sheet reconciliations
- Continuous improvement of financial systems including modelling when needed
- Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation
- Support Finance Controller and manager
Skills and Experience Required:
- Use of SAGE
- CIMA / ACCA Qualified
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Advanced use of MS Excel for data analysis
- Problem solver with strong analytical skills
