Description
The key responsibilities of the Management Accountant include:
- Prepare and present accurate monthly management accounts.
- Perform variance analysis and budgeting tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team on business strategy and planning.
- Participate in financial audits.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as needed.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the department.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- Working towards professional qualification in accounting (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
