SalaryAn established bespoke house builder who build stylish homes are looking to recruit a Management Accountant to be responsible for supporting in the production of timely and accurate financial information. The role will be based in their Nuneaton office.
The role:
Management Accountant:
Production of monthly management accounts in accordance with the company reporting timetable.
Production and submission of weekly cash forecasts.
Completion of Audit packs and audit preparation.
Ensuring compliance with the company Policies and Processes
Production of tax packs
Variance Analysis
Production of Budgets and Forecasts
General reviews and involvement with the Operational Team
The Company:
A privately owned house builder founded over 60 years ago. They build high quality houses in desirable locations for sale across the East Midlands.
The Person:
You must hold a formal Accounting qualification - ACA, ACCA or CIMA. Previous experience working within a house building or construction business is desirable.
Previous management accounts experience
Excellent excel skills
Experience in producing statutory accounts
Attention to detail
Ability to work to deadlines
Flexible attitude
