Are you an experienced Management Accountant seeking a new challenge? At Brose Coventry, we're searching for an individual who possess a range of skills and qualifications to excel in our dynamic environment.
If you hold ACCA/ CIMA qualifications, or a Bachelor's Degree in Economics or equivalent, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, you could be the perfect fit for our team! Proficiency in Finance & Controlling principles, including Management Accounting, is essential, as is familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems. With the ability to multitask and provide support across various departments, coupled with proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint, along with excellent communication skills.
As an Management Accounting, your tasks will be:
- Reporting to the Senior Business Partner Controlling .
- Knowledge of business, processes & interdependencies, possible ways to influence respective KPIs. Active contribution to optimize them with the goal to increase efficiency, effectiveness & quality within Brose Group.
- Analysis of monthly variances (Actual vs. Forecast/Budget) and preparation of comments (aligned with head of controlling and areas). Incorporating recommendation for profit improvements and identification of counter measures in case of deviation to plan.
- Preparation of documents for the project based short-, mid- and long-term Profit & Loss statement (Actual/ Forecast/Budget) in alignment with plant & group objectives.
- Ensuring transparency by setting clear cost centre structure, correct (overhead) allocation, segment reporting/ forecasting/ planning & calculation of correct hourly rates.
- Ensuring reasonable plant investment reporting/ forecasting/ planning. Comply Preparation & analysis of plant calculations incl. initiation & follow up of measures (RACE) and Support of benchmark activities
