The College's Engineering and Digital provision is now rapidly expanding. We are currently investing in a significant new infrastructure to create industry standard facilities for the implementation of our new T Level provision in manufacturing, electrical and Digital. At the same time, our engineering apprenticeship offer is continuing to expand, and we are fortunate to be training some of the region's most talented trainee engineers. As such we are now seeking to appoint a manager who has the energy, expertise, and drive to match the expectations of our learners.
This exciting vacancy provides an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and experienced individual to join the College as the Manager of our Engineering and Digital provision. In this role, you will lead a talented team of engineers and Digital specialists, delivering a diverse range of programmes, to drive innovation, streamline processes, and grow the provision in line with local and regional need. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, combined with expertise in digital technologies and a proven track record of successful project management in a further education or training environment.

This is a permanent, full-time post. Travel will be required as part of the role; therefore use of your own transport, a current valid driving license and business insurance is essential.
