Manager International Full Truck Load Forwarding (m/f/d)
Main responsibilities:
- Coordination of the team's activities and operational procedures
- Planning, handling and monitoring of ongoing shipments throughout Europe
- Supervision and management of the relationship with clients and hauliers
- Acquisition, registration and processing of transport orders
- Use of freight exchanges for forwarding business
- Handling transport and shipping documents
- Continuous improvement of service quality
- Monthly reporting on operational results
Requirements:
- At least five to ten years of professional experience in the international freight forwarding and logistics sector (Full Truck Load)
- Good leadership skills and previous experience in a position with team coordination
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving competence
- A high degree of flexibility and strong negotiation skills
- Independent and result-oriented working style
- Affinity for numbers and cost awareness
- Skilled in the use of all common EDP programs
- Good English skills, other foreign language skills are a plus
