As we continue to expand globally, we continue to develop and improve the presence and awareness of our brand. As a result we are looking to support our Rest of World region with dedicated marketing management to Middle East, Africa, India, and Latin America. This is a newly created role and this position will report directly into our Global Head of Marketing.
Your responsibilities will encompass both trade and consumer marketing, ensuring consistent brand representation and maximising sales opportunities.
These include but are not exhaustive of; setting the regional marketing calendar, providing sell-in toolkits, catalogues and POS, executing the global marketing campaigns at a regional level, PR and consumer communications.
You'll be
- Creating and implementing toolkits for new product collections and capsules, working closely with the brand and creative teams to ensure that all materials are aligned with the brand’s vision and values
- Producing an annual regional marketing calendar to incorporate seasonal product launches, communication channels, regional campaigns and activation plans
- Developing brand presentations for new Jellycat customers, partners, and distributors
- Working with the sales team to ensure that all marketing materials are tailored to their specific needs and sales objectives
- Sharing sales and marketing best practice among our key channels and markets
- Managing local agency relationships
- Analysing market trends and customer insights
- Working closely with the Social Media Manager to align local objectives and campaign planning with the brand's global marketing objectives
- Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of all local marketing campaigns
- Be aware of local market specific calendar commercial/marketing moments and opportunities
- Be aware of any regional/cultural considerations within the designated regions
- Manage and maintain close relationships with Jellycat brand partners and the marketing teams within our retail partners
- Work with the CEO on marketing budget management, ensuring that all activities are delivered within budget and are aligned with the company's financial objectives
- Assisting line manager, Head of Sales or CEO with ad-hoc requests when required
You'll have;
- Proven trade and consumer marketing experience working with a luxury brand
- International marketing experience, specifically Middle East
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence to present to and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience in coordinating the production of marketing materials
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office, particularly the use of PowerPoint
- Analytical skills, with experience in using data
- A strong understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to ensure consistency across all channels
- A passion for the Jellycat brand and the ability to inspire others to share that passion
- Understanding of luxury brand positioning
- Familiar with Excel and the ability to read and communicate financial projections
- Team player who is flexible, personable, positive and is motivated by being part of a high performing team
