- Leading and managing a dedicated team within the Accounting department
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with international clients and teams
- Ensuring client satisfaction and managing client expectations
- Contributing to the growth and development of the firm
- Overseeing and ensuring the efficiency of outsourcing processes
- Participating in the development of strategic plans for the department
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
Profile
A successful International Outsourcing Manager should have:
- A strong background in management accounting, VAT and regulations
- Experience in managing a team both in the UK and overseas
- Demonstrated ability to maintain positive strong client relationships
- Experience in an outsourcing role, preferably with international exposure
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
