International Treasury Manager

Meraki Talent are exclusively engaged on an International Treasury Manager role based close to Wigan paying £60,000 - £70,000 plus excellent bonus, pension & benefits.

As part of the 'global one finance function’ the business are investing heavily in infrastructure, technology and process/continuous improvement initiatives with the opportunity to get involved in these fantastic international projects.
The Role

The International Treasury Manager will look after for all treasury aspects across the EMEA regions including over 50 bank accounts and operating in over 13 different currencies. The team they will inherit are a highly experienced, talented and performing treasury team. As a result of the teams existing teams tenure and experience, the day by day aspects of treasury run seamlessly. This results in limited occasions where the International Treasury Manager needs to get their hands dirty creating excellent capacity to focus on key value add parts of the role including:

• Deputising for the Director of Treasury
• Business partnering and developing relationships with key stakeholders both internally & externally
• Leading on FX/multicurrency and cash/liquidity strategy
• Budgeting & forecasting
• Involvement and leading some high profile & value global process improvement projects
• Hiring, training and development of the EMEA treasury team

The Director of Treasury is keen to secure the services of an ambitious Treasury Manager who has aspirations to take on more duties, responsibilities, and secure a bigger role in the next few years. They are happy to constantly increase the exposure of the Treasury Manager including being the vital interface into the SLT/Board to influence strategy, direction and decision making based on treasury performance & activities.

Candidate Profile

• International treasury experience (multiple currencies)
• Ideally ACT qualified
• People management experience
