As Treasury Manager you will be have responsibility for managing the day to day operational aspects of the Groups Treasury Function. This includes managing the Groups liquidity position including interest maximisation, producing regular treasury reporting and forward treasury planning. You will provide regular and more insightful reporting, managing interest cost and risk, maintaining and developing relationships with our banks.

Description
- Responsibility of managing the Groups Daily liquidity position, including minimising net debt position.
- To forecast the daily cash position to ensure effective treasury management for our cash flows and to inform reporting on a forward 13 week cash flow basis (UK and Group).
- To work with the banking suppliers to create effective cash pooling processes.
- Produce a weekly cash reporting pack to inform the weekly cash call with the CFO on the forecast position.
- Produce monthly reporting on indirect cash flows and liquidity position for the Board.
- Liaise with international locations to help plan their future cash requirement and manage intra-group funding
- Quarterly covenant reporting to the facility providers and forecasting of future positions, including sensitivity analysis.
- Management of a treasury assistant, reviewing month end reporting including balance sheet reconciliations and month end postings.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed workings for cash flow and Debt related notes for the annual Group financial statements.
- Review and monitor current treasury policies for improvements
Profile
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qual with Treasury experience
- High level of attention to detail with significant emphasis on quality of work.
- Track record of contributing to a continuous improvement culture and the ability to challenge existing processes and methodologies
- Proven record of working with business stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Sound commercial awareness with the ability to apply common sense to business decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to summarise information effectively.
- Very strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel.
- A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and pro-actively in a fast paced and changing environment to support the team in delivering results.
