PLEASE NOTE:

The ideal Candidate will be based in East/North Yorkshire or North West region (living or within close proximity to Rotherham, Sheffield, Doncaster, Wakefield, Manchester, Stockport, Leeds or Bradford) Reason being is there would be a requirement for this individual to be based out of their East Yorkshire HQ a minimum of 2 days a week.

Our client is a specialist Manufacturer and HVAC turnkey provider of standardised and customised Heating & Cooling solutions and services.

My client has continuously developed themselves and their product offering for over 80 years. As a result of this consistent improvement, they have become the global market leader in the field of energy-efficient heating solutions based on infrared technology for non-residential buildings, in particular industrial buildings and large spaces. With the highest quality standards, they have steadily expanded their product range over the years to include but not limited to Industrial Heating Systems, Climate Systems, Ventilation Systems and Renewable Systems.

My client supports and supplies customers in the following sectors: Industry & Trade, Logistics, Workshops and Showrooms, Sports Halls & Football Stadiums. My client is a specialist in providing customer-specific products and services and supports its target customers throughout a global sales, service and production network.They have a proven track record of success collaborating with the likes of BMW/Mini, Honda, Tesco, Chelsea FC, Amazon & Tesla to name a few.The Role & Tasks:
  • Overall management of our Client’s UK operation leading a team of approximately 14 professional who are operating across the sales and service arms of the business with full autonomy, influence and control of the UK sales, marketing and branding strategies with the full support of the teams in Europe. Implementing vision, strategy and targets to achieved the required results.
  • Leading the business and employees by adopting the philosophy of the company along with personal and professional staff development.
  • Increasing market share in due consideration of the agreed budget.
  • Commercial steering of the company coupled with administration and sales development are key elements of this role along with future development of the business.
  • Full management and budget responsibility relating to turnover and profitability, including P&L with an understanding of its constituent elements.
  • Operative and strategic planning, cash flow management, personnel cost planning, asset steerage, inventory and claims management.
  • Planning, presenting and agreeing sales and marketing strategies along with regular forecasting, reporting and marketplace analysis at executive board level
  • Liaison with Major Key Accounts and Key Customers
  • Future development in the UK.
  • Regular reporting and collaboration with the Export Director & CEO.

Experience / Skills Required:

  • Strong academic background that enables you to master the requirements of the role coupled with your previous experience, track record and personality is of great importance.
  • Solid experience within a commercial, sales driven organisation with full responsibility of P&L along with headcount and turnover.
  • Manufacturing experience within the HVAC / M&E Construction sector is essential along with knowledge and a strong network within the following sales channels: End User clients.
  • Evidence of success in a similar role.
  • You must possess the drive and tenacity required to fulfil the role.
  • Strong collaborative leadership skills, results orientation and entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, social and networking skills.
  • Ability to travel to outside of the UK European Head Office when required.

SALARY & BENEFITS
