In this role you will:
- Report to the Chief of Staff to the Deputy Group COO and will be responsible for driving strategic, operational management and workforce support across DCOO
- Be accountable for effectively and efficiently supporting DCOO’s strategy, including target operating model, strategic initiatives, and workforce management
- Partner with the DCOO senior leadership team and broader stakeholders to drive the performance and cultural change required of a high performing and agile organisation
- Will create and maintain DCOO’s workforce strategy in partnership with HR and DCOO functions, aligning to future demands – including service catalogue, roles, location strategy and capabilities
- Take part in a wide variety of activities and have the autonomy to innovate, find solutions and make strategic decisions
