Managing Partner PA

Highly regarded boutique Litigation law firm is currently going through an exciting time with firm growth and are looking for a Managing Partner PA to support the Managing Partner on a 1:1 basis.

• Salary to £54,000
• Hybrid Working Available 3 days in office 2 remote
• Excellent opportunity to work closely with Senior Management

Main duties for the Managing Partner PA:

• Proactively and accurately monitor/oversee inboxes, calendars and diaries
• Work closely and effectively with the wider Executive Assistant team, providing support in cases of holidays and absences
• Respond to tasks promptly and manage deadlines, to ensure expectations are managed
• Be an effective and professional point of contact, to include managing telephone calls, taking accurate messages and being an ambassador both internally and externally for team and first port of call for clients
• Manage billing, compliance and expenses processes on behalf of the team, to include generating bills and collating WIP reports
• Marketing and business development duties to aid a growing practice
• Demonstrate confidentiality, diplomacy and a thorough understanding of the group and clients who you support

Requirements for the Managing Partner PA:

• At least 4 years proven experience working in a Legal Secretary or Legal PA style role in a professional services or legal environment
• Advanced knowledge of various MS software programs and team management skills are essential
• Strong sense of initiative & analytical attitude
• Relevant Secretarial qualification or CILEX preferred
